Brilliant afternoon at the FunctFit throwdown. A great showing by team CelticCrossFit with 16 taking part and even more supporting. A fantastic intro to lots of our members competing in the Sport of Fitness that is CrossFit. Putting all the hard work in the box to use and getting competitive with work capacities put to the test against other teams. Fun had by all involved (even Bridie who won’t admit it?!) with many people improving under the extra pressure and extra fatigue of 3 WODs in a few hours!! More to come of this nature in the future as our box and community continues to grow. FUN TIMES!
