open to members and non-members no need to have completed our ‘On Ramp- Introduction’ a simplified version of the day’s class for newcomers alongside the daily WOD for seasoned CrossFitters.

**CELTIC BOOTCAMP- Thursday 5-6pm and Saturday 9-10am

A fun filled total body workout with body weight, cardio and simple weight bearing exercises. Without the complicated gymnastic and weightlifting movements of CrossFit. Open to members and non members alike.

**CELTIC WEIGHTLIFTING CLUB

Newport’s First and ONLY Welsh Weightlifting Affiliated Club
6-8pm Tuesday and Thursday

9.30-11.30am Saturday

sessions to improve your Olympic Weightlifting movements the Snatch and the  Clean and Jerk and improvements in strength required to become better at Olympic Weightlifting
