Before joining into group classes you will need to complete your NEW improved and exclusive CelticCrossFit Introduction
This starts with a ***FREE Taster session to try out a coached, fun, enjoyable fitness session in our unique fitness community and facility.
This is then followed by 3 X 1HR sessions introducing the basics of CrossFit Including the whole months classes for just **£40
The Introduction programme runs on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6.30pm over a week
During the sessions you will get personally coached in a smaller group through an introduction to the Fundamental Movements and methods of CrossFit.
Following this you will get the months classes ***FREE*** to sample all that Celtic CrossFit has to offer.
