CrossFit creates a supportive community based environment where, how you train, and who you train with is more important and more conducive to better results than an anonymous commercial gym, where profit is more important than athlete improvement and after initial consultation/intro you may never speak to a trainer again!

CrossFit athletes (THAT’S YOU!) run, row, jump rope, climb rope and carry odd objects. They frequently move large loads quickly over long distances, and use powerlifting and Olympic weightlifting techniques. CrossFit athletes also use dumbbells, gymnastics rings, pull-up bars, kettlebells, medicine balls and many bodyweight exercises. CrossFit is used in nearly 12,000 gyms worldwide and by many fire departments, law enforcement agencies, and military organizations.

    OHS=55kg
    Clean=60kg
    Jerk=55kg (had never performed the split jerk before my 2nd attempt tonight)
    All PR’s for me!!
