FAQ’s

I don’t think I am fit enough?

One of the most common statements we (as in the CrossFit Community) hear when people are encouraged to try CrossFit is: “When I am fitter I will try CrossFit”.

You are not alone in feeling this way, so trust us when we say “Getting through the door the first day is by far the hardest part!”

If you have found yourself doing the same fitness routine over and over again, or you have gone from Pilates, Pump Class, to Boot Camp sessions and are hoping for different results, but are not getting them….then why not try CrossFit. It is for everyone from the young to old. Give CrossFit a try, you cannot deny that we produce results. And our results are better than anyone else’s.

So the real question should be…
Do you want to improve your lifestyle, health, self-esteem, energy level, social life, physique, physical abilities?

Yes, of course you do – then CrossFit is for you.

CrossFit in general, is advertised as “The Sport of Fitness”.
With constantly varied, high-intensity functional movements, CrossFit is a training philosophy that coaches people of all shapes and sizes to improve their physical well-being and cardiovascular fitness in a challenging, yet accepting and encouraging environment.

The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability(each sessionis adaptable to each individual), making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience or level or competitive sport.
