image.jpegToday saw the arrival of some new rowers which were put into action straight away with some saucy calorie rowing followed by muscle ups and pull ups

Top work all round from all classes tonight with mentions to Bryn for stringing all muscle ups unbroken, John Rodgers with the fastest rx time of the night and Doffy getting 3 unbroken muscle ups in the wod too who has been focusing and working on his technique for some time now and it’s evident with huge progress!
