Three cheeky AMRAPS were in store for our cross fit classes tonight. 


Top effort by all. Was a tough 3x amrap. A lot of people saw the benefit of pacing and the strategy behind it in a long wod. Shout out to Rob who hit the runs hard consistently. Sam and Matty for head to head all the way through. Saad coming along in his strength work. Top work by Lad consistently sticking to the strength programming, gains train is on its way!
