A little squatting with some deadlift, burpee box jumps and sit-ups tonight. 


Great atmosphere all round. Great to see all onrampers integrating into class and becoming regular faces. Tyler showing the weightlifting sessions paying off. Finding 80kg in the wod a breeze.
