Plenty of overhead work this evening combining some pressing and pulling.
Starting off with some split jerk and then hitting a cheeky high volume workout of push press and pull ups. Then finishing off with a core burner.
Mentions for our DP class l, which is turning out to be the busiest class during the summer months. This mornings class was 20 strong. Along with our class 3 which was also 20+ strong.
