So a little more aerobic conditioning tonight. Our #celticwarriors have been working hard this week ensuring they keep their heart rate under control. 

  
We also built to a heavy power snatch with some PRs being smashed. 

  
Leighton smashed his previous PR adding 10kg. Also Anna hitting a new PR.
