A busy night tonight with our #celticwarriors clearly happy to get stuck into the new programme. 
  
Class one shout outs to Owen showing great technique in his push jerk and to Rhys Anderson getting a 120kg double in the push jerk.

  
Class 2 demonstrating ninja like movement, grit and determination throughout the workout. 

  
Class 3 being particularly busy And were all very welcoming to the on rampers – Lauren moving really well and had a great time in workout.
