Emphasis of today’s sessions was placed on the 2nd of our Celtic Crossfit tests. With the movements highlighting power, speed, balance, coordination and focusing on efficient movement.
Mentions for Claudia, Karl, Rich and Emma all getting the midday workout in, also Alex in class 2 who continues to progress and is developing into one of our most coachable members, then in class 3 we had Jon who continued to impress completing the workout as recommended in a very quick time, even though he had never done a HSPU before and lastly a massive shoutout to Matthew Mclroy who has been battling with HSPU for a while, however achieved his first one in the skill section of the session and then progressed on to completing 35 in the workout.
