9.4.16 #CELTIC

Saturday’s are officially back to normal with an extremely busy Crossfit class and an even busier bootcamp class. Obviously our #celticwarriors wanted to get a workout done to enjoy their weekend.

  
The bootcampers resumed to their normal high intensity workouts and our cross fitters hit a 1RM OHS    

Then an aerobic test consisted of high  skilled gymnastic movements as well as some that required strong mental toughness.
