With our #celticwarriors deep into their first week of testing and fresh off their olympic weightlifting seminar, it was only right that we let them loose to test their power clean, and then test their ability to repeatedly use their strength and skill.

  
Once again their was some seriously impressive lifts, but what was most pleasing was the movements and technique that were on display. The emphasis that has been place on movement and technique over the past few months was very evident and it’s awesome to see it transferring onto the max effort lifts.
