Another fun filled and rewarding evening where we experienced lots of surprises. Firstly we had Ryan Wilton hit not 1 but 2 muscle ups mid workout, then we had our youngest member Owen doff smashing out DUs and last we had Karl string 10+ DUs together. This is evidence that sills can be mastered through determination and hard work. Awesome stuff guys.
The workout was one that could take 2 different perspectives, either hit it and try to get max reps or pace yourself and try to keep a constant throughout. My opinion would be to try and pace yourself for these workouts there is only so long you can maintain a maximum heart rate before you video mole toy fatigue.
