11.2.16 #sleds

Pulling, pushing, swinging and jumping were the movements that were served up for our #celticwarriors in today’s sessions. We starting off with a little bit of deadlifting, and there was some serious tin being lifted.

 Then we hit a cheeky conditioning piece which saw some KB swings, DUs and sled pushes, which I think most people would agree were horrendous but fun at the same time. 

Big mentions for Tracy who saw the movements and attacked them with commitment, also our youngest member Jack welch who moved well and pushed his partner Mrs Geeves all the way.
Further mentions to our competitors group back work, getting a grind on post Wild West. PRs for Abi and Vicky at the end of a 12min OTM deadlift- post comp.And a congratulations on first Pullup to Anna McNally- great progress as a Celtic Warrior.

Also big congratulations to our Febuary on-rampers who have now graduated into full classes, and have the remainder of the month for free. Awesome work guys take advantage guys continue your fitness journey.
