3.2.16 #practice

Tonight we continued practicing some of the movements that we think are gonna pop up in the open. We then looked at another team workout in preparation for our team in the winter slam.

The workout consisted of DUs, STOH, FS amd KB deadlifts. All our members smashed this workout with plenty of time to spare.

Big shout out to Lee B who is part of one of our teams in the winter slam hit a new DU pr within a workout, awesome stuff buddy.
