27.1.16 #muscleup

Plenty of muscle up practice tonight focusing on building strength with some strict img pulls and then some eccentric lowers. The workout that followed was an uphill struggle as our athletes tackled a 10 minute ascending ladder of thrusters and pull ups!

Happy Birthday to Matty, 27 burpees for all classes to celebrate! Great progress on muscle up transitions by all! Mentions for Anna, Fern, Stu, Kelly, Abi and Leighton that nailed the banded transitions with ease! And especially Erika who was smashing out multiple reps for fun!! 

Also lee Bradley who started stringing bar muscle ups together with excellent technique.
