15.1.16 #ohmysquats

Squat, squats and more squats with some lunges and good mornings thrown in for good measure. 

We haven’t squatted heavily in a while and as a result the PRs came pooring in. 

Young Joe Doff and Mike smashing a new PR with all Jen who PRd her previous 1RM for 8 reps. 

Then some accessory work to supplement the back squats.
