Tonight was another super busy night with lots of our #celticwarriors motivated and focused on their 2016 fitness goals. Firstly we attacked some snatches with the focus on consistency and ensure all working sets are completed. Then hit an intensity driven triplet.
Mentions for Alex in class 1 who has been working tirelessly on his oh position and squat a has made drastic improvements. Further mentions for Kelly M in class 2 who movement is pretty spotless. Also awesome lifting by Lee looking very good snatching.
Big thank you to coach Pete who due to it being his bday allowed everyone to complete a Grandad amount of Burpees. Big happy bday mate have a good one.
Nice to welcome back some familiar faces- rhys Anderson and Rhys guard returning from his travels in South America, moving as if he’s not been away. The ninja returns.

We are also pleased to offer a Competitors programme which will be utilising the Strength and Conditioning area to develop them as a total athlete, this is for those members who are looking to compete in the sport of CrossFit and will provide them with a little extra work to help prepare for the upcoming competition season.
