This weeks #warriorwednesday was pure crossfit utilising olympic lifting, gymnastics and amd metabolic condition.
Firstly there was some snatch practice, focusing on movement patterns and cycling the barbell. Then a workout with rowing, TTB, cleans and HSPUs.
Shoutouts to Kirsty and Haith who are fresh off on ramp showed a really aptitude for oly lifting and both impressing on the rowing section of the WOD.
