22.10.15 #shortandsharpe

So everyone through the door this evening was treated to some oly lifting technique and then a #shortandsharpe workout. 

Mentions in class one for new mummies Kelly and Nat who shifted some weight in the oly lift and then smashed through the WOD as if they hadn’t missed a thing. 

Jen in class 2 who has seriously developed her oly lifting in recent weeks and moved with excellent positions. Also rob little rob breezed through the workout. 

And in the last class holly who is relatively new and demonstrate good positioning in the barbell movement and then smashed the WOD with the quickest RX time if the evening. SERIOUSLY QUICK!!! Also to Sadd who battle through the pump in the WOD.
