29.9.15 #forearms

A spicy forearm burner of a workout was in the cards this evening. With the combination of goblet lunges, KB swings and pull ups causing lots of dinosaur claws on display. 

Big mentions for Stuart, Liam, Hannah, Mike and Doffy who pushed through and kept moving. Also to Liam and Doffy who move some serious tin whilst maintain good mechanics during the back squat. Also special mention to Stuart who stringed together 3 pull ups during a workout. Considering where he started that is serious progress.
