tonight was an opportunity for our #celticwarriors to practice an old foe for the barbell work and then go for a maximum rep workout with a structure similar to fight gone bad. 

Big well done to Sarah this morning who managed to string 10 DU’s together in the WOD and continued with multiple DU’s each round. PRACTICE MAKES PROGRESS!!!!

Also Fran, Emma and Jenny who made small ajustments to their squat mechanics to make drastic gains. Also demonstrating excellent work ethic throughout the workout. 

In class 3 the lads done work. Doffy, Drewy Sadd and Matt pushed eachother throughout.
