18.9.15 #simplebuteffective

Simple movements performed well was the basis of this evenings class. We started off with a combination of pulling and pressing skill work. In recent months there has been a specific emphasis placed on pressing and pulling, this is primarily becuase being able to press and pull in both horizontal and vertical planes underpins the vast majority of movements in crossfit. 

Quite a few mentions for tonight Abi progressing well on her Du’s and smashing the workout, Saad stringing multiple kipping Hspu’s after not being able to do any at start of session, also Maria also stringing 17 together awesome, that is seriously impressive.

in the workout Sam pushing hard, going head to head with coach Ross, both pushing eachother and I think both will agree that friendly competition pushed them to get a few more reps.
