#chipper

Tonight saw the return of the chipper. With WODs focusing on shorter duration in recent days it was nice to hit a longer, lower intensity workout that was a bigger mental challenge as it was a physical challenge. With lots of our #celticwarriors hitting a movement that is generally a weakness with lots of determination and fantastic movement.

Special mentions to Cathleen who held onto the bar and finished her second set of OHS unbroken, Vix who smashed the whole thing at 6:30am and Sam with the top time yet again. Seems like he’s the man to beat at the moment and I think everyone agrees that we are looking forward to him getting stuck into his first competition in a couple of weeks.
