A bit of upside down fun mixed in with some weightlifting today at the box.

Great progress by many new Warriors through their gymnastic skills and weightlifting. More young warriors in the making with Luke and Jack Bailey and Georgia getting stuck into CrossFit main classes. 
Stu and Mike more recently added warriors moving the Barbell better each session.

Aimee straight off On Ramp and moving the bar like a Pro already. John cutting his teeth with the varied movements. 

Great HSPU improvements by Hannah K again showing her skills, Steph always improving along with Ryan Wilton. 

Rhys developing his lifting Tekkers to go with his top engine. 

And Anna McNally giving a master class to young Owen Doff with the football pre and post WOD.
