Master Doff

Congratulations Master Doffy

CONGRATULATIONS MASTER DOFFY

We have received the all important confirmation that Our very own Master Doff had Finished in 2nd place in the Scale the Heights Masters division Qualifying Workouts. This is just the latest accolade in a long line of achievements that Doffy has “grafted” (as he would say) for over the last couple of Years! He has always been a role model and gentleman within our community but is also now a serious competitive athlete, who, through determination, hard work and a ridiculous mental toughness has shown he is a force to be reckoned with, even amongst the elite competitors in the UK.

Congratulations Doffy, it’s nothing more than you deserve.

We also had the good news that another of our athletes will also be representing at the next stage of the competition in Cardiff, Will Alston bagged himself a wild card spot. Will is an athlete that has not long come back from a serious injury, but has returned with a new found hunger and desire to progress and compete within our sport. Will is another Athlete that epitomises the attitude to training it takes to be successful and is a large part of our community. We wish both athletes well and hope you guys will be there to support them on the day.

We also had our first Aspiring competitors meeting, that proved very insightful. Four of our lucky group will be representing us in the upcoming Wild West Competition.

We are very much looking forward to working closely with those athletes that have put their name forward for this challenge, all we ask is time, patience and commitment and you will reap the rewards.

(If anyone missed out on the meeting just see Coach Carter or Coach Ceri)
