today we say a fond farewell to Coach Sim. Due to expanding work commitments outside of the gym, today was her final session as a Celtic CrossFit Coach.

we have seen Sim come a long way from competitive determined individual to Record holding Powerlifter and inspiration to many.

SHE HAS BEEN AN AMAZING COACH, ATHLETE AND FRIEND TO US ALL
