A very successful day At Celtic Crossfit! Lovely to see so many of this months on ramp in and tackling tonight’s workouts! Congratulations to Gavin Cook and Bryn Thomas who got their first Ring Muscle Ups  tonight!!! And another big hand for Max Davies now smashing out multiple bar muscle ups! at just 13 Years old!! 

Don’t Forget our “in box social” this Friday after the Open WOD bring beer, warm clothes, drinking games and we are thinking of getting in a load of pizza so bring some cash!
