Progress a plenty again at the box today with skills and capacities improving no end.

BIG mentions to many

Max Davies for  getting his first muscle up on the bar in his 1st month as a Celtic Warrior- and way before Dad ‘Box Head’.

Gavin moving much better on the Bar

Lots of the Warriorettes working their progressions and seeing the improvements coming along nicely.

Double Under progress all round and many hitting Annie as RX’d for the first time.
