Great way to start the weekend for our Celtic Warriors this morning with Bootcamp and our Saturday Morning class.

Saturday Sweat Fest WOD
A) 6 MIN AMRAP
5 Front Squat
5 Burpee
Run 50m

B) 21-15-9
Push Press
Box Jump
Sit up

C) 5 rounds
5 Deadlift
10 Wallballs
15 KB Swing
