In 3’s
6 Rounds
30 wall balls
30 box jumps
Run 400m

Med ball must be held off ground at all times during the workout. If it touches the floor 10 Burpee Penalty.

A strong showing again for our Warrior Wedbesday WOD.

None looking stronger than the Bull and Gez on the rowers who obviously didn’t fancy the running. But I’m sure they got some curls in the mix too. Keep up the good work gents!
