Strong Monday at the box


Awesome Mondays continue to roll on at the box. Plenty of Easy Heavy front squats and all the grind paying off.

Congrats to Kelly who casually nailed her first ever pull-up a couple of times in the warm up!

Awesome to see so many May ON RAMP athletes getting involved in main classes for a lovely little lung burner this evening.
