WELL DONE WARRIORS
An amazing day on the stage for two of our Ladies who lift, and today Lifted BIG.
Natalie and Simone who qualified for the British Powerlifting championships after breaking multiple Welsh Records each. The breaking records continued today with excellent performances by both.
Simone Davies British powerlifting Champion and Record holder in Squat Bench Press and Deadlift and in her Powerlifting Total.
Natalie Edwards 2nd place British Powerlifting Championship with a very strong performance with 2 questionable disallowed heavier lifts although both looked comfortable.
A fantastic effort by both in only their 2nd competition in the sport of Powerlifting, pushing boundaries and inspiring others in the process.
We as coaches were already massively proud of your achievements, this goes to a whole other level now.
The whole box was behind you every lift and are all thrilled and inspired by your performances.
AWESOME job girls.
