Still time to sign up if you haven’t yet. Remember all scores will count to the Inaugural ‘Celtic CrossFit Affiliate Cup’. All Open WODs will be the class WOD on Fridays. For those of you unable to attend Friday classes, you will have the opportunity to complete the WOD’s and have your scores verified towards the Reebok CrossFit Open 2014 and the ‘Celtic CrossFit Affiliate Cup’ during Open Gym sessions on Saturdays and Catch up classes on Sundays.
