Remember guys we need the pictures and scores from the month challenge forwarded to us at celticcrossfit@hotmail.co.uk in order to judge the transformations, announce winners and award the prize to the winner.

Hopefully the month has allowed many of you to change/adapt your eating habits for the better, for the future and long past the month challenge.

The changes in one month has been highly noticeable. Imagine if that was a month, what 6 months, 1 year, 2 years could do for you. The future you is whatever you choose it to be.
