But due to sheer volume of you guys in and out things have began to slip a little with gym etiquette. (and are aware that some of you are fully aware and respectful to box conduct)
It is your gym for you to use and continue your progress towards awesome. However we as coaches are at the box to Coach, encourage, support and guide your journeys as athletes.
NOT TO CLEAN UP YOUR SHIT YOU HAVE THROWN ON THE FLOOR AND LEFT FOR SOMEONE ELSE TO PICK UP AFTER YOU.
Please respect your box, your fellow athletes and your coaches. As obviously the amount of bottles, tape, rubbish and clothing left would indicate otherwise at present. If you don’t tidy and return the box to its original state someone else will have to after you.
This is not a faceless Globo gym don’t treat it or the people within it as such…
A few rules for you to live by as a CELTIC WARRIOR
Turn up on time for your class
If the class is full before yours please allow that class the courtesy of the training floor for the duration of their session. WAIT/MOBILISE/CHAT upstairs in the mobility area.
Do not ROW/Talk shit in the background while a coach is instructing yours or another class. It is disruptive to the coach and some in the class may not hear the explanation of WOD or movement the coach is talking through.
Pay on time. No pay- No play no exceptions
Don’t let ego get in the way of your progress. Scale accordingly
Record your scores on the board and in your own training diary. It is important to note your progress, and you will need to be aware of your maxes and percentages over the next couple of months more than before.
Say hello to new faces. The box can be an intimidating environment for newbies welcome them in as you were yourselves.
Take your shit home with you anything left at the end of each week will be given to our cleaners to dispose of.
Return equipment back to where it belongs. This does not mean somewhere around the place it came from in a pile or mess. But as it should be, making it much easier for whoever will use it after you.
